The Commission’s Director of Corruption Prosecution, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 34(1)(a) and 34(1)(b) of the Integrity Commission Act, has reviewed the subject Report and, upon careful consideration, it was determined that Ms. Sacheaner Fuller should be charged for breaches of section 43(1)(a) of the Integrity Commission Act for Failure, without reasonable cause, to submit Statutory Declarations for the periods ending December 31, 2022, December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2024, respectively.
