Ruling

The Commission’s Director of Corruption Prosecution, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 34(1)(a) and 34(1)(b) of the Integrity Commission Act, has reviewed the subject Report and, upon careful consideration, it was determined that Mrs. Michelle Toyloy-Carter should be charged for breaching section 43(1)(a) of the Integrity Commission Act, namely, for the offence of Failure, without reasonable cause, to submit a Statutory Declaration for the period ending December 31, 2023.
